At Franklin Publishers, we are committed to providing quality services and products to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you might need a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted.

Eligibility for Refunds

Publishing Services

Refunds for publishing services (including editing, design, and marketing packages) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. A refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds will only be granted if the work has not yet commenced. If work has started, only a partial refund may be granted, deducting the cost of services already rendered.

Ebooks and Print Books

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of ebooks are final and non-refundable. Print book orders may be eligible for a refund if the request is made within 30 days of the purchase date, and only if the book is returned in its original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Change of Heart

If you have a change of heart regarding a purchase, refunds may be requested within 24 hours of the purchase date for publishing services and print books, as long as the work has not commenced or the product has not been used or shipped. Digital products are excluded from this policy due to their immediate and irreversible nature.

To request a refund, please contact us at info@franklinpublishers.co.uk with your order details, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

Processing of Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Customized services once the service has commenced.
  • Digital products (ebooks, audiobooks, etc.) once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
  • Any services that have been fully rendered or products that have been used or damaged.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a service before it has started, please contact us immediately at info@franklinpublishers.co.uk. Cancellations made after work has begun may only be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the extent of work already completed.

Exceptions

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective print book, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We may offer a replacement or a refund depending on the severity of the damage. Proof of damage may be required.

Force Majeure

No refunds will be granted for delays or non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or unforeseen technical issues.

Franklin Publishers reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new policy.
